L'église est un exemple intéressant d'intégration de diverses époques. La partie antérieure, construite au XVIe siècle en plusieurs campagnes, associe un porche occidental, dit porche aux malades, un portail Renaissance et une nef gothique. La partie orientale date des années 1880, époque où l'église est agrandie par l'architecte Crespel qui reconstruit le choeur et le transept en style gothique en remployant des éléments anciens, et ajoute un sacristie au chevet de l'édifice. La façade nord est dominée par un clocher de la fin du XVe siècle. A l'intérieur, un monument aux morts de la Première guerre mondiale a été aménagé par les architectes Henri Mellet et Charles Coüasnon, associés au sculpteur Tardivel.
